Chrosphero’s highly experienced, having worked in massage for over 10+ years. He has a wealth of experience in the hands-on treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. He has an enthusiasm and passion for his work, along with an extensive knowledge base, which enables him to provide patients with fast results in relieving their pain, and long term prevention.
Chrosphero’s method is based on a multitude of techniques including neuromuscular techniques, soft tissue release techniques, muscle energy technique (Post Isometric Relaxation and Reciprocal Inhibition methods)myofascial techniques, positional release technique, treating medical conditions, spinal manipulation, joint mobilization and dry needling.
Chrosphero’s favourite sports are Mixed Martial Arts, and Volleyball. He has now working with several volleyball teams, to improve their fitness using circuit, cardio, plyometric and insanity workout programs to improve their strength, endurance and coordination.
